What is a child account and how do I create one?

All children under 13 years old must have a child account. In order to create a child account, a parent account must first be created. Once a parent account has been created, click on the 'hamburger' icon in the top left portion of the profile tab. Scroll down to the bottom of this panel and click, 'Add Child Account'. This new child account profile will be accessible from the parent account until the account is transferred.

How do I transfer a child account from a parent account?

Accepted Answer

Navigate to the menu section of the child account and click 'transfer ownership'. This will permanently disconnect the child account from the parent account.

Can I create and connect more than one child account with a parent account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can add unlimited child accounts to a parent account from the parent's profile.

Can I use the app if I don't live in the United States?

At this point, the Ballplayer app is only accessible to accounts with a phone number residing within the United States.
